Scope<\/strong>
For all items including online orders, the following conditions appy from the moment the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery
<\/strong>Delivery is from stock to the delivery address specified by the customer. We will notify you in case of delay or if a product is out of stock.
Costs may be associated with delivery and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days without any reason. You do need to inform us in time in writing or by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/strong>
If you withdraw from purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery and possible supplementary costs. 
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and in good condition. Returning of the goods will be at the customers expense, unless there is clear evidence of wrong, damaged of otherwise imcomplte delivery. 
In case of return, you must handle the goods carefully and use the original package for return if possible.
If goods are returned in a damaged condition, no claim can be made for reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptions or early termination of the right to withdraw<\/strong>
If a Crafond has been used, revocation is excluded on hygienic grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pricing<\/strong>
Pricing applies at the tome of order. All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guarantee<\/strong>
You must inform us immediately in case of material or manufacturing default or if the goods have suffered transport damage. The statutory warranty period is two years and applies to normal use. It does not cover damage due to improper use, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
