    How will my order arrive?
    Orders are shipped by DPD, sometimes by PostAbroad. We prefer to deliver to a Pickup Point, provided it is at a reasonable distance from your home address. You will receive a shipping notification track & trace code by e-mail.
    When will my order arrive?
    Your order will e processed as quickly as possible. If you order in the weekend or on public holidays, your oder will be processed on the next business day. Depending on your location, shipping can take from one day up to one week. If a product is not on stock, we will inform you by email about the delay.
    How do I know that my order has been processed correctly?
    Upon completement of order and payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. If this is not the case, the confirmation may heve been marked as spam or you may have made a typo in your email address. Please don’t hesitate tot contact us to be sure.
    Which payment methods are accepted?
    Payment is safe and secure through Ideal of Paypal. With Paypal you can also opt for credit cardpayment. If you opt for bank transfer, your order will be processed once the amount due has been received. This can cause some delay.
    Can I pick up my order?
    Sure, if you are in the Netherlands.
    You can pick up your order in Sleeuwijk or on any fair we attend. Please call in advance to make sure we are present.
    In this case it is best to opt for bank transfer, so we can decuct the shipping costs.
    Something has gone wrong, what can I do?
    If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can always exchange or return. If we have accidentally delivered the wrong product, or the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will find a solution.
